Okay leaving australia was terrible. One of the hardest things i've ever had to do. But they say that with every cloud comes a silver lining. my silver lining came in the form of Chris. (no he didn't come with me to the USA)
At the airport just before i was ready to start down that long coridor to the security check and further on, the plane, Chris pulled to a quiet cornor of the airport. (surprisingly, there was one!)
"this will do" he said.
He then got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I (of COURSE!) said yes.
So now that i'm here in the USA i'm working with mum to make a wedding dress (which is going to be AWESOM!) and counting the days until i can return.
(Note to adele: just cause we're getting married doesn't mean that i get into the country any easier) sigh....
