You do still have to be careful comparing sucrose and glucose to fructose and other slightly different sugars. The extra fibre in an orange also changes the effect of the sugar on your body by slowing down the rate at which it is absorbed.
That website brought tears to my eyes! The foods I have close relationships with have high piles of sugar.... bye bye corn, bye bye apple pie... Bye bye pasta sauce... An no more zebra coffee (starbucks replacement)
